GOOD NEWS!!!!!  I had my full body scan 1 year post-op thyroid removal due to thyroid cancer.  The scan came back with no indication of thyroid or cancer anywhere else in my body!!!!  I am so grateful for this wonderful news!  God is good – don’t ever forget that.  Even when I am in the most difficult situations God has always shown me the silver lining to the cloud.

My faith is strong – even if the scan didn’t come back clear, I would be perturbed, but still have faith that it’s all going to work out.  I feel that way about my Parkinson’s Disease too.  I see my own neurologist this week and we’ll discuss the new Amatadine that I’m supposed to be taking, as well as the drug trial for the Neupro patch.

But for now, I’m so excited about being CANCER FREE!!!!  Today my hands are hurting but I’m going to celebrate by knitting some!!!!!
